Career Path Validation
We began by assessing the feasibility of transitioning from risk management in banking to data analytics. This involved identifying gaps in A's experience and outlining steps to bridge these gaps. A completed an intensive short course in data analytics and engaged in an eight-week internship project to gain hands-on experience and enhance her CV.

Job Searching
Recognising the challenges of lacking local experience and making a career transition, we knew traditional job searching methods wouldn't suffice. Instead, we taught her strategies to bypass conventional approaches, targeting hiring managers directly to showcase her potential and abilities.
Interview Preparation
A quickly received interview requests, which made her nervous. We worked extensively on building her confidence and honing her narrative to resonate with interviewers. Emphasis was placed on reassuring her competence and communicating how her past banking experiences would be an additional asset to her new data analytics role.
Our support continued post-hiring, as A faced imposter syndrome and self-doubt. We provided ongoing coaching through her onboarding process.
At the end of the 3-month engagement, A reported significant personal growth: a 28% reduction in negative self-talk (from 9/10 to 6.5/10 intensity), a 75% increase in clarity (from 4/10 to 7/10), and a remarkable 60% improvement in her confidence (from 5/10 to 8/10).
